I am a building contractor and real estate broker. I have built and sold my own properties for 35 years. Existing real estate is something I only did as a service for people buying new homes for me. This year I decided it was time to make a change. I was going to start looking for a sales team to start handling my existing real estate business as well as new construction sales.
